Apply in confidence →Seeking a mid-level litigation associate with significant patent litigation experience in life sciences and ANDA matters. The role involves active participation in case strategy, client-facing communication, and courtroom work including depositions and trial preparation.
Work will span U.S. District Court litigation and post-grant proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board, with responsibility for research, drafting pleadings and motions, discovery, claim construction briefing, and pre-trial/trial activities. Candidates will join a collaborative team and contribute to substantive strategic development of cases.
- 2–6 years of patent litigation experience, including ANDA or other life‑sciences patent matters
- Experience in U.S. District Courts and post‑grant proceedings (PTAB)
- Comfort and demonstrable experience with depositions and courtroom participation
- Strong research, drafting and oral advocacy skills; experience with claim construction and dispositive/discovery motions
- Undergraduate or master’s degree in a life sciences discipline preferred (biology, chemistry, biochemistry, etc.)
- Excellent writing skills, ability to work on teams, and direct client/counsel communication
- J.D. and active or eligible state bar admission
