Apply in confidence →Seeking a litigation associate with substantial life‑sciences patent experience to join a national IP litigation team. The role focuses on Hatch‑Waxman/ANDA and other pharmaceutical/biotech patent disputes across U.S. District Courts and PTAB post‑grant proceedings.
The successful candidate will take active courtroom and deposition roles, work directly with clients and opposing counsel, contribute to case strategy, and collaborate on teams handling high‑stakes infringement, validity, and damages issues.
- 2–6 years of patent litigation experience (U.S. District Courts and PTAB/post‑grant proceedings)
- Experience with ANDA/Hatch‑Waxman matters or other life‑sciences patent disputes; courtroom and deposition experience preferred
- Track record drafting pleadings, discovery, claim‑construction and dispositive motions; participation in expert discovery and trial‑preparation
- Undergraduate or master’s degree in biology, chemistry, biochemistry or related life‑sciences discipline strongly preferred
- Prior experience in an IP litigation practice group at a law firm and excellent legal writing and client‑facing skills
