Seeking a mid-level litigation associate with significant patent litigation experience in life sciences and ANDA matters. The role involves active participation in case strategy, client-facing communication, and courtroom work including depositions and trial preparation.

Work will span U.S. District Court litigation and post-grant proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board, with responsibility for research, drafting pleadings and motions, discovery, claim construction briefing, and pre-trial/trial activities. Candidates will join a collaborative team and contribute to substantive strategic development of cases.

2–6 years of patent litigation experience, including ANDA or other life‑sciences patent matters
Experience in U.S. District Courts and post‑grant proceedings (PTAB)
Comfort and demonstrable experience with depositions and courtroom participation
Strong research, drafting and oral advocacy skills; experience with claim construction and dispositive/discovery motions
Undergraduate or master’s degree in a life sciences discipline preferred (biology, chemistry, biochemistry, etc.)
Excellent writing skills, ability to work on teams, and direct client/counsel communication
J.D. and active or eligible state bar admission
