IP Litigation Associate (Mid-Level to Senior) — New York

An Am Law 20 firm is seeking a mid-level to senior litigation associate to join its intellectual property litigation practice in New York. The role centers on complex patent and IP disputes for sophisticated clients.

The team handles high-stakes, technically demanding matters, and this position offers substantial responsibility in case strategy, briefing, discovery, and courtroom work. The successful candidate will work closely alongside experienced litigators on all phases of litigation.

• Mid-level to senior litigation associate with intellectual property litigation experience
• Undergraduate or graduate background in computer science, electrical engineering, physics, or a life science such as molecular biology or chemistry
• Federal clerkship and/or patent bar admission preferred but not required
