Mid- to senior-level associate role in an established IP litigation practice based in New York. The team handles complex patent disputes across technology and life-science areas; the role offers substantial courtroom and briefing exposure and regular collaboration with trial teams.

Successful candidates will have hands-on patent litigation experience and a strong technical background (examples: computer science, electrical engineering, physics, molecular biology or chemistry). There are opportunities to take on significant responsibility on discovery, claim construction and dispositive motions.

Mid- to senior-level litigation associate with substantial patent litigation experience
Undergraduate or graduate background in a relevant technical field (computer science, electrical engineering, physics, molecular biology, chemistry, or similar)
Demonstrated experience with discovery, claim construction, briefing and motion practice
Preferred but not required: prior federal clerkship and/or patent-bar registration
