Join a national intellectual property litigation team with openings across multiple U.S. offices. The role focuses on patent litigation matters involving complex technology and scientific issues and offers exposure to all phases of contentious matters, from fact and expert discovery through trial preparation.

The team handles high-stakes, technically sophisticated disputes for clients in a range of industries. Successful candidates will work collaboratively with experienced litigators, participate in motion practice and depositions, and have opportunities for courtroom and trial experience.

Several years of patent litigation experience at a law firm or with a government agency.
Strong drafting and oral advocacy skills; experience preparing briefs, discovery, and trial materials.
Comfort with technical subject matter and ability to work with expert witnesses and technical advisors.
Bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction and ability to travel as needed between offices and for hearings/trials.
