IP Litigation Senior Associate — New York

Senior associate position on a national intellectual property litigation team based in New York. The role focuses on patent litigation across technology and life‑sciences matters, handling case strategy, motion practice, claim construction, discovery, and expert work.

You'll join a collaborative practice that emphasizes hands‑on client work, courtroom preparedness and mentoring from senior litigators. The team handles high‑stakes, complex disputes and offers opportunities for substantive trial and appellate exposure.

• JD and admission to the New York bar (or eligible to be admitted)
• Proven experience in patent litigation (brief drafting, discovery, claim construction, depositions)
• Comfort working with technical experts and complex technical subject matter
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills and ability to manage client relationships
