Senior Associate, Intellectual Property (Life Sciences) — Boston

Senior associate role in a national IP team focusing on life‑sciences and biotechnology matters. You will work on patent prosecution and contentious patent work for clients across the biopharma and biotech sectors.

The role involves drafting and prosecuting patent applications, supporting patent litigation and oppositions, and collaborating with scientific and commercial teams to advance clients' IP strategies. You will join a multi‑disciplinary group of IP lawyers and scientists handling high‑value, technically complex work.

• Demonstrable experience with life‑sciences/biotech patent work — prosecution and/or litigation
• Strong technical background or advanced degree in a life‑sciences discipline preferred
• Excellent drafting, analytical and research skills; ability to work in teams on complex matters
