IP Senior Associate — Life Sciences, Boston

Senior associate role in a national intellectual property practice focused on life sciences. The position involves patent prosecution and patent litigation work across complex biotechnology and pharmaceutical matters.

You'll join a team that handles cutting-edge life-sciences patent portfolios and contentious matters, working closely with experienced IP litigators and prosecutors. The role is based in the Boston office with regular collaboration across other U.S. offices.

• J.D. from an accredited law school; scientific or technical background in life sciences (e.g., biology, biochemistry, molecular biology).
• Substantive experience in patent prosecution and/or patent litigation involving life-sciences technologies.
• Strong written and oral advocacy, legal research and drafting skills; ability to manage matters and work on large teams.
• Ability to provide law school and undergraduate transcripts on request.
