Junior Associate — Antitrust & Competition, Milan

International law firm Antitrust team in Milan is seeking a junior associate with 1 0 2 years PQE to support regulatory and merger-control work across Italy and cross-border matters. The role focuses on notifications to competition authorities (including EU and national filings), FDI/Golden Power matters and coordinating multi-jurisdictional filings.

The team offers structured training, exposure to cross-border transactions and regulatory work, and opportunities for secondments to other offices. The role requires strong analytical skills, a collaborative approach and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• 1 0 2 years PQE in antitrust/competition (domestic or international firm)
• Experience with merger-control notifications and/or FDI/Golden Power filings preferred
• Excellent academic record
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Strong analytical, organisational skills and teamwork orientation
