Junior Associate, Capital Markets — Los Angeles

Leading US-based capital markets team in Los Angeles is seeking a junior lateral associate (Classes of 2024–2025) with hands-on capital markets and securities experience. The role involves structuring and executing public and private equity and debt offerings, IPOs, high-yield and investment-grade debt, and related corporate and disclosure matters.

You'll work on a wide range of traditional and complex transactions (follow-ons, block trades, at-the-market programs, convertible and private placements, tender and exchange offers, recapitalizations and restructuring-related financings) and collaborate with issuers, underwriters, private equity sponsors and REITs. Lateral hires participate in an enhanced mentor program and firm-wide professional development resources.

The position offers a hybrid work model (office Monday–Thursday with specified remote periods), an active pro bono program, and a competitive starting base salary range of $225,000–$235,000 (actual pay determined by experience and other factors).
