Join a leading Scottish healthcare litigation team handling a mixed caseload of clinical negligence and abuse claims. The team is ranked at the top of the legal directories for clinical negligence, product liability, and professional discipline, and is recognised for its historic abuse practice.

You will act for major indemnifiers and insurers, as well as directly for healthcare professionals, local authorities, and charities. The team brings together lawyers specialising in litigation, regulatory and disciplinary hearings, public inquiries, and related work.

The role is available in Edinburgh or Glasgow and involves regular client communication within a collaborative, supportive, and flexible working environment. This is an excellent opportunity to take a lead in a growing area where the law is developing and the work is challenging.

Qualified solicitor, NQ to 5 years PQE (guide only; all suitable candidates considered)
Litigation experience, preferably in personal injury
Experience in clinical negligence or abuse claims is advantageous but not essential
Confident and effective communicator, determined and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
Focused on delivering a highly professional service to clients, including compliance with SLAs and MI requirements
