An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Junior Associate to join the Immigration & Compliance practice of a global law firm's Atlanta office. The role is full-time and offers the chance to advise clients, large and small, across a variety of industries nationwide.

The practice advises businesses, organizations, investors, and individuals on immigration strategy, compliance, and workforce planning matters affecting today's global workforce. The team provides guidance on global mobility and employment-based immigration matters, including nonimmigrant work authorization, permanent residence, consular processing, investment-related pathways, and immigration compliance and risk management.

J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
Admission to the Georgia Bar, or eligibility and willingness to become admitted in Georgia
1–3 years of experience in business immigration
Experience with employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant visa matters preferred
Strong academic credentials and excellent research, writing, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellent client service
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
