Join a market-leading tax team in London advising on corporate and real estate transactions and a broad range of specialist tax matters, including cross-border structuring, VAT, employment taxation and tax disputes. The team supports multinational and domestic clients across sectors such as insurance and real estate and works closely with corporate, commercial and finance teams.

This is a junior associate role (NQ–2 PQE). You will support senior tax lawyers across varied mandates, assist with mid-market M&A, real estate transactions, VAT and employment tax work, and contribute to internal know-how and client‑facing materials. There are opportunities to take part in pitches, training sessions and business development activities.

Qualified lawyer — NQ to 2 years PQE with post‑qualification tax experience preferred
Experience in corporate tax from private practice or accounting firm; exposure to VAT, M&A and real estate tax desirable
Strong technical tax knowledge, excellent academics and attention to detail
Commercial mindset, ability to manage a varied caseload, and good interpersonal/communication skills
Collaborative team player with commitment to ongoing learning and client service; relevant in‑house experience (e.g. HMRC) will be considered
