Join a leading Benelux litigation team in Brussels as a junior/medior associate focused on commercial litigation, enforcement and international arbitration. You will work on both state-court litigations and arbitration matters across industries and jurisdictions, under the supervision of senior litigators.

The role involves drafting pleadings, managing procedural steps (including enforcement and attachment matters), conducting legal research and advising international and domestic clients. You will collaborate with colleagues across practices and offices in a full-service, international environment.

Master’s degree in Belgian law with strong academic results
2–4 years’ post-qualification litigation experience, including international litigation and arbitration; experience with enforcement/attachment proceedings preferred
Fluent Dutch (oral and written), excellent English; good passive French
Strong procedural drafting and analytical skills; proactive, results‑oriented team player
