Junior/Mid-Level Technology Advisory Lawyer – Paris

An international law firm is seeking a junior to mid-level lawyer to join its Paris-based technology advisory team, a core offering within its corporate transactions and advisory practice. The group advises global organisations—including major technology companies, corporates, banks and investors—on legal, regulatory and policy issues arising from the rapid evolution of technology.

The role covers AI governance and risk management, data protection and privacy, cyber security and resilience, online safety, digital platforms, and emerging digital sovereignty and technology regulation regimes. Work combines legal advice with strategic advocacy, helping clients engage with policymakers, regulators and wider stakeholders on fast-moving global frameworks, and spans strategically important cross-border matters across the technology lifecycle.

You will work within integrated, multidisciplinary national and international teams on complex and innovative matters, providing pragmatic and creative advice that demands a strong understanding of clients' markets and environments.

• Junior lawyer with 2–4 years' experience, qualified in France and/or the UK
• Strong academic background with a specialised Master's in digital law, new technologies, data, e-commerce and/or commercial law (or equivalent)
• Significant training and experience in a Tech, TMT, digital, new technologies, data or equivalent practice
• Experience or interest in healthcare and life sciences welcomed; an LL.M is a plus
• Excellent drafting skills; fluency in English required, with French fluency ideally
• Highly organised, commercial, dynamic and collaborative with strong communication skills
