An international law firm focused on successful individuals, private capital, founders, investors and family offices is seeking a junior lawyer (avvocato) or qualified accountant (commercialista) to join its Private Client and Tax team in Padua.

The role involves supporting private clients and wealth management matters, working closely with colleagues across teams and time zones. The firm offers a collaborative, flexible working culture where initiative and a people-first approach are valued.

This is a permanent full-time position in Padova, suitable for a trainee or junior professional with 1–2 years of tax experience seeking to develop within a specialist private client practice.

Qualified avvocato or commercialista.
Excellent academics, with a minimum grade of 100/110.
1–2 years of work experience in tax; prior private client or wealth management experience is a plus.
Fluent Italian and English (English proficiency at C1 level minimum) is mandatory.
Strong research, drafting and IT skills (Word, Excel).
Enthusiastic, organised and flexible attitude with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
