Join a leading full-service Dutch law firm as a Kandidaat-notaris in its Real Estate practice in Amsterdam. This role offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of complex notarial matters, including drafting articles of association, share issuances and transfers, mergers and demergers, and real estate acquisitions and financings.

You will collaborate closely with a dedicated team under the guidance of a partner, and work intensively with lawyers and tax advisers on integrated transactions. This multidisciplinary approach provides intellectually stimulating work and supports your development into a well-rounded notary.

1 to 6 years of experience in notarial practice, with a focus on Real Estate.
Excellent command of Dutch and English.
Strong analytical skills and enjoys handling complex files.
