Senior knowledge/PSL role supporting a busy construction disputes team in London. You will manage and expand the team s know-how resources, maintain precedents, produce technical updates and deliver training to fee-earners and clients.

Day-to-day duties include maintaining the document management know-how, drafting and editing precedents and client updates, preparing training materials and presentations, conducting legal research, and supporting business development initiatives.

Qualified solicitor with minimum 5 years PQE in contentious construction or prior professional support/knowledge management experience within construction disputes
Strong drafting and editorial skills; experience maintaining precedent banks and preparing technical updates
Excellent communicator with ability to support fee-earners at all levels and to deliver training
Commercial awareness, research skills (Lexis/Practical Law or similar) and good IT proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Organised, proactive and adaptable; interest in innovation and AI-enhanced knowledge tools
