Join a national real estate disputes team as a Knowledge Lawyer focused on developing, curating and sharing litigation know‑how to drive consistent, efficient advice across offices. You will support fee‑earners on complex contentious property matters, produce precedents and guidance, and help design playbooks and training for the team.

The role includes monitoring legal and procedural developments, delivering internal and client training, and championing legal‑tech and knowledge management solutions. You will collaborate with dispute lawyers, business services, BD/marketing and the wider knowledge community to improve quality and client outcomes.

UK‑qualified solicitor with 5+ years' PQE in real estate disputes or equivalent Knowledge Lawyer/PSL experience.
Proven contentious property experience (lease renewals, dilapidations, possession, forfeiture, service charge, rent review, professional negligence and development disputes).
Excellent drafting, analytical and training skills; confident presenter to internal and external audiences.
Organised, proactive and collaborative with experience implementing KM/legal‑tech solutions.
