Join a global law firm's Knowledge & Innovation team as a Knowledge Management AI Lawyer supporting the Banking & Credit practice. The role focuses on driving adoption of generative AI and related workflows, creating and testing prompts and toolchains, and embedding AI-enabled efficiencies into transaction and documentation workstreams.

You will act as a subject-matter advisor and hands-on resource for Banking & Credit lawyers: identifying use cases, translating legal reasoning into executable workflows, conducting structured testing, and supporting change-management and training efforts to ensure sustained adoption of AI across the practice.

The role also includes governance and lifecycle management of AI knowledge assets (prompt libraries, test sets, evaluation frameworks), advising on ethical and risk considerations (confidentiality, privilege, data privacy, reliability), and partnering with technical teams to evaluate vendor tools and pilots.

  • J.D. required
  • 3–5 years of banking & credit or finance practice experience at a large law firm
  • Demonstrated interest and hands-on experience with AI tools and prompt design
  • Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable teaching and coaching lawyers
  • Ability to translate legal reasoning into technical workflows and engage technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Excellent organization, attention to detail, and commitment to ethical use of AI (confidentiality, privilege, data privacy)
