A leading global law firm is seeking a Knowledge Management Lawyer to support its Real Estate practice in New York. This role sits within the practice group's KM function and will drive knowledge strategy, maintain precedent and template libraries, and convert practice know‑how into accessible resources for attorneys.

The successful candidate will evaluate and pilot legal technology and AI tools, build dashboards and practice intelligence reports using matter data, and provide hands‑on support and training to attorneys on practice technology adoption. The role collaborates with KM, applied analytics, and practice solutions teams and contributes to client materials and pitch preparation.

J.D. required
3–5 years' real estate experience at a large law firm
Experience with knowledge management, precedents, and matter/experience databases
Demonstrated interest and hands‑on familiarity with AI and legal technology
Strong written and verbal communication, project management, and organizational skills
