Law firm seeks a Labor Associate to join its White Plains office to support a busy employer-side labor and employment practice. The role focuses on traditional labor relations matters and advisory work under federal and New York workplace laws.

Typical work includes representing management before the NLRB, handling union elections, grievances, arbitration and unfair labor practice proceedings, advising on union organizing and collective bargaining, reviewing policies and handbooks, and delivering management training. The position may require regular business travel and offers competitive compensation and benefits.

Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
2+ years of traditional labor law experience preferred (employer-side labor relations)
Admission to the New York bar
Experience handling NLRB matters, union elections, collective bargaining, grievance/arbitration and related litigation
Strong legal research, writing, organizational and project-management skills
Excellent oral communication and training skills; attention to detail
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required
