Labor Associate — Employment & Labor, White Plains

A well-established US labor & employment practice is seeking a Labor Associate for its White Plains, NY office. The role focuses on traditional labor representation for employer clients and includes counseling on federal and New York workplace law.

Typical matters include defending unfair labor practice charges and NLRB elections, grievance and arbitration work, collective bargaining counseling and negotiations, drafting and reviewing policies and handbooks, and conducting management training. The position may involve regular business travel.

• JD from an accredited law school
• Admission to the New York bar
• 2+ years of traditional labor law experience preferred
• Experience with NLRB procedures, arbitration and collective bargaining
• Strong research, writing, organizational and communication skills
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
