Experience-focused Labor & Employment associate role on a busy Boston-based litigation and counseling team. The team represents major national employers on matters including employment counseling, policy drafting, restrictive covenants, single-plaintiff and class-action defense, and OSHA-related issues.

The role is suited to a self-motivated attorney who will split time between client counseling and litigation tasks, working on fast-paced and complex matters for established corporate clients. The office values collaborative work, strong writing, and pragmatic problem-solving.

2–4 years post-qualification experience in employment & labor law
Membership in good standing with the Massachusetts Bar
Experience with employment advice and counseling, drafting workplace policies and employment agreements
Litigation experience, including restrictive covenants, single-plaintiff matters, and class-action defense; OSHA experience a plus
Strong legal research, writing, analytical and advocacy skills; excellent academic record
