National AmLaw 100 firm seeking a Labor & Employment associate to join its Charlotte office. The role offers exposure to a full-service employment practice handling litigation, counseling, and training across multiple jurisdictions.

Ideal candidates will be comfortable managing all phases of employment litigation, working directly with clients and government agencies, and partnering with colleagues across offices. The team is collaborative and offers a range of firm benefits and hybrid work flexibility.

Admitted to practice in North Carolina
Minimum 2 years of litigation or employment-law experience; candidates with broader civil litigation experience and an interest in employment law are encouraged
Experience drafting/responding to discovery and pleadings, preparing and arguing motions, and taking/defending depositions
Strong legal writing, analytical skills, and ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
Self-starter who works well independently and as part of a team
