A global law firm seeks a mid-level associate (4th–6th year) to join its Labor & Employment group in the Dallas office. The practice is dynamic and nationally recognized, offering significant responsibility and the opportunity to train within a well-regarded employment team.

The role focuses on employment litigation, including class actions and trade secret/restrictive covenant disputes. Candidates should be prepared to take depositions, cover hearings, interview witnesses, handle written discovery, and draft persuasive briefs.

4–6 years of relevant labor and employment experience
Demonstrable substantive knowledge of Title VII, ADA, ADEA, FMLA, and similar federal and state employment laws
Trial experience and willingness to take depositions, cover hearings, and interview witnesses
Strong academic credentials, writing and analytical ability, and attention to detail
Board Certified in Labor and Employment Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, or willingness to take the exam when eligible
Member of the Texas State Bar, or willingness to become one promptly
