Seeking a full-time Labor & Employment Associate (2–4 years' experience) to join an established Labor & Employment practice in Sacramento. The role involves handling employment litigation and counseling for employers on a broad range of matters, including individual and class actions, wage & hour, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, leave and accommodation issues, and employment policies and agreements.

Successful candidates will work on matters for regional and national employers across industries and will gain substantive litigation experience. The position offers a competitive salary range and a comprehensive benefits package.
