Labor & Employment Counsel – Los Angeles

We are seeking a Labor & Employment Counsel with 6+ years of experience to join our nationally recognized employment practice in Los Angeles. The role offers the chance to work on interesting, challenging and trailblazing matters alongside senior attorneys, with substantial responsibility and client contact.

You will handle a mix of routine and increasingly complex employment litigation and advisory work, with significant involvement in case strategy and management. The firm invests heavily in attorney development, offering comprehensive training, CLE initiatives, internal educational programs, industry credentialing, and hands-on learning working side-by-side with partners.

• 6+ years of employment litigation experience, ideally involving wage and hour law, terminations, layoffs, workplace violence prevention, internal investigation procedures, and developments in California law
• Experience reviewing, updating and maintaining employee handbooks and various standalone employment policies and agreements
• Ability to take responsibility for routine and increasingly complex matters with minimal supervision
