Labour & Employment Associate — Vancouver (Hybrid)

A growing legal team in Vancouver is seeking experienced lawyers to join an expanding labour and employment practice. This role offers the chance to advise employers on complex workplace issues in a collaborative, forward-looking environment.

The position involves client counseling, legal research, litigation strategy, and compliance training, with a strong emphasis on supporting employers across the full range of labour and employment matters.

A hybrid work arrangement is available. The annual salary range is CAD $120,000 to $195,000, contingent on relevant experience and education, and includes eligibility for performance-based bonuses alongside a generous compensation and benefits package.

• Minimum of 1–6 years of experience practicing labour and employment law
