Lateral Associate — Corporate (Capital Markets), New York

Senior associates are sought for a corporate capital markets team in New York. The group advises on a full range of securities transactions, including equity and debt offerings, hybrid financings and IPOs, and handles related disclosure and corporate governance matters.

The role offers hands-on work on complex cross-border and domestic offerings, sustainability/green bond matters and evolving disclosure topics. You will collaborate with a global, multidisciplinary team on fast-moving transactions.

Applicants should be experienced practitioners (this opportunity is not open to current law students).

• At least 2 years' experience in a law firm capital markets practice
• Demonstrable experience on public securities offerings and related disclosure work
• Strong drafting, transactional execution and teamwork skills in high‑intensity deal settings
• Admission or eligibility to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction (New York experience or eligibility preferred)
