Lateral Associate – FDA & Health Care (Los Angeles)

An Am Law 20 firm is seeking a lateral associate with two or more years of experience (class of 2024 or above) to join its FDA and health care practice in Los Angeles. The role focuses on health regulatory and government enforcement matters involving drug and vaccine products.

Candidates will work on matters spanning Medicare and Medicaid coverage and reimbursement of prescription drugs, federal government price reporting, and related fraud, abuse, and anti-kickback issues. • 2+ years of experience (class of 2024 or above) in health regulatory or government enforcement matters involving drug and vaccine products
• Experience with one or more of: Medicare/Medicaid coverage and reimbursement of prescription drugs; federal price reporting laws (Medicaid Drug Rebate Program, Medicare Part B Average Sales Price, 340B, Veterans Health Care Act); False Claims Act; Anti-Kickback Statute
• Strong academic credentials and advanced analytical, research, and writing skills
