Lateral Partner — Agriculture — Denver

Senior agricultural transactional and regulatory partner role based in Denver, joining a well-established national practice focused on the agriculture sector. The role will advise producers, agribusinesses and related industry participants on regulatory, transactional and compliance matters, including emerging areas such as cannabis-related agriculture.

The firm is open to candidates nationwide and is seeking an experienced, client-facing partner who can grow and lead the practice locally and regionally. Responsibilities include originating and managing work, mentoring associates, and collaborating across industry-focused groups.

• Portable book of business of $1.5M+ (USD)
• Significant partner-level experience advising agriculture industry clients on transactional and regulatory matters
• Track record of originations and client development; ability to lead and grow a team
• Experience with cannabis-related agricultural issues is a plus
