The role will advise agribusiness clients on regulatory, transactional and compliance matters, with a particular angle on cannabis-related issues affecting the agriculture sector.
The partner will be expected to originate and develop business, work across industry teams, and supervise associates on client matters. The firm is open to candidates based nationwide and will consider partners with a substantial portable book of business aligned to its industry groups.
- Portable book of business of $1.5M+ (USD)
- Established experience advising agribusiness clients on regulatory and transactional matters
- Knowledge of cannabis regulatory and compliance issues preferred
- Proven business development and client-management track record
