Lateral Partner, Antitrust & Competition — Chicago

Established national law firm seeks a partner to lead and expand its antitrust and competition practice in the Chicago office. The role combines client-facing matter leadership, business development, and supervision of litigation and investigative work.

Work will include counseling on merger control and antitrust compliance, leading cartel and conduct investigations, and handling high-stakes litigation and regulatory interactions. The partner will collaborate with a multi-jurisdictional team on cross-border matters.

• Proven partner-level antitrust experience with a track record of originating and managing client relationships
• Experience in merger review, cartel investigations, and complex antitrust litigation
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and develop junior lawyers
• Bar admission in Illinois or eligibility to transfer admission
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
