Lateral Partner — Antitrust & Competition / Litigation / Corporate — Houston

Leading law firm seeks a senior lateral partner to strengthen its Antitrust & Competition practice in Houston. The role will combine client-facing antitrust counseling and litigation work, with opportunities to lead complex matters and coordinate across corporate and litigation teams.

The partner will manage a team, develop business in the region, and work on high‑profile transactional and contentious matters. The position requires strong technical antitrust experience and a track record of client leadership and cross-practice collaboration.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level antitrust and competition practice, including significant litigation or counseling experience
• Proven record of originating and growing client relationships
• Admission to practice in the relevant jurisdiction and ability to lead a local team
