Lateral Partner, Antitrust & Competition — New York

Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Antitrust & Competition group in New York. The role focuses on counseling and litigation work across merger review, conduct investigations, civil litigation and regulatory matters for a broad client base.

The partner will lead case teams, work closely with senior litigation and transactional lawyers, and contribute to business development and client relationship management. This is an opportunity to shape and grow a market-facing antitrust practice in a major US office.

• Established track record in antitrust and competition matters, including merger control and conduct investigations
