Lateral Partner — Antitrust & Competition — Providence

Established national law firm is seeking a Lateral Partner to join its Antitrust & Competition team in the Providence office. The role is for an experienced antitrust attorney who will develop and lead competition work for regional and national clients across domestic regulatory counseling, merger review, and civil antitrust litigation.

The successful candidate will help grow the office s practice, mentor junior lawyers, and work collaboratively with colleagues across offices on cross-jurisdictional matters. This is an opportunity to take a leadership role in a busy, commercially focused competition practice.

• Track record of originating and leading antitrust matters and developing client relationships
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Admission to practice in the relevant jurisdiction and ability to work across multiple U.S. jurisdictions
