Lateral Partner — Antitrust & Competition, San Francisco

Senior partner opportunity to join a busy antitrust & competition team in the firm's San Francisco office. The role focuses on counseling corporate clients on merger control, cartel and conduct investigations, and competition litigation across US and cross-border matters.

The successful candidate will lead matters, manage and grow a small team, and work closely with colleagues across practice groups and offices to deliver integrated regulatory and litigation solutions. The role offers substantial client-facing responsibility and a platform for business development in the region.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established antitrust practice with substantial partner-level experience in merger review, investigations, and litigation
• Proven track record of originating and managing client relationships and leading matter teams
• Licensed to practice in California (or able to qualify) and able to work in the San Francisco office
