Lateral Partner — Antitrust & Competition, San Francisco

Leading U.S. office seeks a lateral partner to join a highly regarded competition and antitrust practice in San Francisco. The role will involve leading high-stakes antitrust litigation and investigations, counseling corporate clients on merger control and competition risk, and developing business across the western U.S.

The successful candidate will join a compact, litigation-focused team with national reach and will be expected to originate and run matters while mentoring junior lawyers. This is an opportunity for an experienced partner to take a visible role in a market-facing practice group.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Extensive experience in antitrust litigation, investigations, or merger control
• Proven track record of originating and managing client relationships
• Strong courtroom and written advocacy skills; ability to supervise and develop associates
