Lateral Partner, Bank Regulatory & Transactional

Leading regional law firm seeks a partner to join and expand its bank regulatory and transactional practice. The team is growing rapidly following significant firm expansion into new markets, and this role will support further organic growth across multiple offices.

The role involves advising banks and financial institutions on regulatory compliance and transactional matters, originating and managing client relationships, and working with cross-office teams to build regional capability.

• Substantial partner-level experience in bank regulatory and financial services transactions
• Proven business development and client management skills
• Track record of leading deals and mentoring junior lawyers
• Admission to practice in relevant US jurisdiction(s)
• Portable book of business of 750K+ (USD)
