Senior partner role to lead and grow a bankruptcy, restructuring and creditors' rights practice from the firm's Bridgehampton office. The role combines courtroom and transactional work across insolvency, distressed-debt situations and creditor representation.

Ideal candidate will advise lenders, creditor committees and distressed companies on restructurings, workouts, distressed lending and related enforcement matters. The position offers leadership of a regional team and development of new client relationships in the Eastern Long Island market.
