Lateral Partner — Bankruptcy & Finance — Tallahassee

Leading national law firm seeks a partner to grow and lead bankruptcy, restructuring and creditors' rights work from its Tallahassee office. The role will combine courtroom and restructuring experience with finance-side work on distressed-debt and creditor representations.

The partner will advise secured lenders, creditor committees and other stakeholders on restructurings, workouts, and related financings, and will manage complex insolvency matters across the Southeast. Strong origination and client relationship skills are essential.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in bankruptcy, restructuring and creditors' rights work
• Track record representing lenders, creditors' committees or creditors in complex restructurings and distressed-debt situations
• Proven ability to originate business and lead deal teams
