Lateral Partner, Bankruptcy & Insolvency — Edmonton

Leading national law firm seeking a lateral partner to join the Edmonton office to strengthen its Bankruptcy & Insolvency capability within the corporate practice. This is a clear hiring priority for the office and the team is open to candidates at different career stages.

The firm is looking for a partner able to bring and grow a litigation-focused B&I practice, work across corporate finance and M&A matters, and help originate and lead client engagements. Both equity and income partner structures will be considered depending on the candidate's seniority and portable business.

• Portable book of business of $3M (USD)
• Established Bankruptcy & Insolvency / restructuring practice with demonstrable originations
• Track record of personal billings and client relationships consistent with partner-level expectations
• Comfort working across corporate finance and M&A matters; ability to develop business in the local market
