Experienced capital markets partner sought to join a leading international law firm in Toronto. The role will focus on capital markets transactions with a strong preference for candidates who also have mining-sector experience and a broader M&A and securities practice.

The firm is performing strongly and is making strategic partner hires to sustain growth. This is a partner-track opening for candidates able to bring a portable client base, develop new business, and potentially lead or expand a team.

• Portable book of business of CAD 2M+ (CAD)
• Established partner-level experience in capital markets transactions
• Track record in M&A and securities matters; mining-sector experience highly desirable
• Proven business development skills and ability to manage or build a team
