Established litigation team in Dallas is seeking a partner to join a busy commercial litigation practice. The role focuses on civil litigation matters across complex commercial disputes, with courtroom experience and client-facing leadership expected.

The successful candidate will work with a cross-office litigation group, lead significant matters, and develop client relationships while contributing to business development and practice growth.

• Portable book of business of $1M+ (USD)
• Proven commercial litigation background with significant trial and/or dispositive motion experience
• Demonstrated business development and client management skills
