Leading litigation team in San Francisco is seeking a lateral partner to strengthen its complex commercial litigation practice. The role prioritizes high‑stakes, bet‑the‑company matters and will suit a lawyer with significant trial and arbitration experience.

There is a strong preference for candidates with technology‑sector litigation experience; environmental litigation is a secondary, opportunistic area. The team is particularly interested in multi‑lawyer group hires (teams of ~3–6), though strong single‑partner candidates will also be considered.
