Lateral Partner, Compliance & Environmental — San Francisco

Seeking a partner to lead and grow a Compliance & Regulatory practice with a focus on environmental law. The role sits in the firm’s San Francisco office and will handle regulatory counseling, environmental permitting and compliance matters for a mix of private and public-sector clients.

Ideal candidates will have deep experience in environmental regulatory work, including California-specific regimes; prior CEQA experience is strongly desired. The role includes client development, cross-practice collaboration and responsibility for mentoring and expanding a team.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level background in environmental regulatory and compliance work
• Practical experience with California environmental regimes; CEQA experience preferred
• Proven business development record and team leadership experience
• Active bar admission in California or eligibility to transfer/obtain admission
