Lateral Partner — Construction Litigation, Vancouver

Senior hire to join a growing Construction & Infrastructure group focused on owner- and developer-side matters. The team handles high-value construction litigation and contracting work across large real estate, institutional and infrastructure projects.

This role offers leadership on complex, multi-party disputes and the chance to expand a market-facing practice serving developers, owners and resource/infrastructure clients. Preference for candidates based in Vancouver or prepared to relocate.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established construction or infrastructure client relationships and experience acting for owners/developers on complex disputes
• Excellent drafting and advocacy skills; strong academic and professional credentials
