Lateral Partner — Construction, Toronto

Senior construction partner role in a national Canadian construction practice that is integrated with a global construction platform. The team advises on both contentious and non-contentious matters across infrastructure, commercial and industrial projects.

The office is particularly focused on Toronto hires. The team is looking for candidates who will add synergy to the existing group, fit the team culture and clear conflicts checks.

While the primary focus is on a junior partner profile, the team will consider senior partners with a strong business case.

• Approximately 10–15 years post-call (junior partner "sweet spot").
• Established profile with experience on infrastructure, commercial or industrial construction matters.
• Proven ability to work on both contentious and non-contentious mandates.
• Strong cultural fit and ability to integrate with an existing team; subject to conflicts check.
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
