Senior partner opportunity in Hamburg to lead and grow a corporate practice focused on private equity and venture capital transactions. The role blends high-value deal work with originating and managing cross-border financings and strategic investments.

We are looking for an experienced rainmaker who can run complex buyouts, growth equity and VC deals, supervise associates, and develop client relationships across Germany and internationally. The role offers significant responsibility for practice development and client coverage in a busy corporate/finance team.
