Lateral Partner, Corporate / Finance & Banking / Securities — Dallas

Seeking a lateral partner to join a well-established corporate, finance and securities practice in Dallas. The role will lead complex corporate transactions, capital markets matters and private equity/venture capital work for a broad U.S.-based client base.

The team offers cross-practice collaboration with experienced deal teams and access to national and regional clients. The position is a partner-level opening focused on business development, client relationship management and high-value transactional work.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven track record leading complex M&A, private equity or capital markets transactions
• Established client relationships and demonstrable origination capability
• Admission to practice in Texas (or willingness to obtain)
