Lateral Partner, Corporate & Finance — Philadelphia

Senior partner-level opening for an experienced corporate finance lawyer to lead and grow transactional work in Philadelphia. The role focuses on private equity and venture capital matters across buyouts, growth financings and related corporate work.

The position offers an opportunity to build a team, originate work and collaborate with cross-border and national deal teams. The firm is seeking a market-facing partner with a demonstrated track record in PE/VC transactions and client origination.

• Portable book of business of $3-4M (USD)
• Proven experience advising private equity and venture capital clients on buyouts, growth financings and related corporate matters
• Prior partner or equivalent senior leadership experience at a law firm
• Active admission to the Pennsylvania bar or eligibility to obtain admission
